FAQs

  • My home base is in Älmhult in the Småland area of Sweden. However, I frequently travel to Denmark, and I also do destination sessions all over Europe and the US.

  • Not at all. Most of the people I photograph are regular people: artists, entrepreneurs, parents, and those simply curious to see themselves differently. My job is to create an environment where you can relax and let go. You don’t have to know what to do; I’ll guide you through it.

  • The session has no time limit but usually lasts around 3 hours. There’s time to settle in, talk, move slowly, and let things unfold naturally. Nothing is rushed. The whole experience is designed to feel calm and unforced.

  • Your session fee covers the full creative process, from consultation to the portrait session itself, and includes 3 finished images of your choice. Once you’ve seen your portraits, you’re welcome to add more if you wish. They each cost 800 SEK, and you can buy as many or as few as you would like.

  • The session fee is 7000 SEK. Additional images start at 800 SEK each, and most clients invest between 10,000–17,000 SEK, depending on how many portraits they choose to keep. You can read more about the Portrait Experience HERE.

  • You can come to my studio, I can come to your home, or we can choose a location that feels meaningful to you. The place matters less than the atmosphere we create together. The majority of my sessions take place in Kronoberg, in the South of Sweden or in the Copenhagen area of Denmark. However, I also travel to locations all over Europe and the US for destination sessions.

  • If you’d like to include someone in your portraits: a partner, friend, or family member, absolutely. But if you simply want someone there for moral support, I recommend keeping the space quiet. The session works best when it’s just us.

  • I’m not photogenic. Will this be a problem?

No. I don’t believe in “photogenic.” My role is to guide, observe, and create a space where you feel seen and comfortable. You don’t have to perform; you just have to show up.

  • No, that’s not part of my current work. My focus is on slower, more intentional portrait experiences.
However, I am open to conversations around micro weddings and elopements. Especially for destination experiences.
