COACHING
FOR SHOWING UP AUTHENTICALLY
IN YOUR LIFE, BUSINESS AND CREATIVE WORK
When I was burning out after a decade of carrying my camera across continents, building a business from scratch, without a network, immigration, divorce and overall creative dissatisfaction, it felt like there was no one out there who could truly understand and relate to what it was that I so desperately needed.
I felt alone in my experience. No one talked about the hard days. All the photography business education talked about high energy, six figures, luxury businesses, and kept stating that you were the core of your failure. Your mindset was wrong. You just had to work hard enough, sacrifice yourself enough, push enough, manifest enough. It was always about building bigger and grander, constantly expanding and branching. And they made it seem so easy. If you didn't succeed, it was simply a matter of not wanting it badly enough.
No one talked about ease, rest, and contentment. You were always supposed to want more. Nothing was ever enough.
I craved the vulnerable conversations about depression and late-night anxiety attacks. About the financial insecurity that often comes along with being self-employed. About the shattering loneliness of working for yourself, only being able to rely on yourself.
I felt like, in order to succeed, I needed to push myself into a box that didn't fit. Not just from a business perspective, but also for my portrait photography. Conform. Push aside and push through.
It never became easy. It never flowed freely, and the clients never just started coming.
I got the six figures…but it didn't make me happy. It just burned me out.
Since crashing so forcefully that I could barely look at my camera without feeling the need to scream, I have somehow managed to find balance through showing up authentically and vulnerably. I had to take a deep, long, hard look at myself and what I wanted, and recognise the need for creating a business that wasn't just financially sustainable, but also emotionally so.
Recognise that I do not, and will never fit into the traditional mould of a good and "successful” business owner. And honestly, I don't want to.
What I do want is to help other people with problems similar to mine. People who are burned out from doing too much, never quite fitting in, always banging their heads against the proverbial brick wall. I want to help you discover solutions and practices that work for you. To build a brand that feels true to your core and isn't just what you've been told you're supposed to do.
Teaching has always found its way into my work. From leading workshops to guiding photographers one-on-one, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone feels safe enough to ask real questions and explore without judgment. The most meaningful exchanges happen in those unpolished conversations, the ones that cut through surface-level advice and get to the heart of why and how we create. Or why we don't.
So I’m beginning to offer mentoring sessions. Not cookie-cutter templates or pre-packaged formulas, but real conversations. We can dig into whatever you most need: refining your artistic voice, shaping your client experience, creating a public brand that attracts the people you want to work with, building sustainable workflows that leave space for life, or navigating the uneasy balance between art and business. If you want, I’ll also take you behind the scenes of how I work with light, connection, and storytelling, the heart of my portraits.
Sessions are held online, and I’m opening a limited number of spots each month. You can book a single deep-dive session if you want clarity on something specific, or choose an ongoing mentorship stretched over several months if you’re looking for steady guidance and accountability.
If this speaks to you, send me a message and we’ll talk through what feels right and what shape your mentorship could take.
This isn’t about handing you answers. It’s about asking better questions, breaking the rules that don’t serve you, and finding a way to make your work feel more like you.
I can't give you the answers, and I cannot make any promises. This isn't about finding ways to make six figures, becoming more efficient and becoming a smarter marketer. But I will help guide you on your path and help you find clarity in the difficult conversations. I will help you shape a brand and a business that feels true to who you are, tailored to suit your unique needs, strengths and limitations. I will teach you how to feel more connected to your clients and to your purpose.

Let's begin.
NOT JUST FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
What we might explore:
– Refining your creative voice and staying true to it when the world demands shortcuts
– Building meaningful ways to connect with your audience or clients
– Working with atmosphere, presence, and storytelling to bring more depth into your art
– Shaping sustainable workflows and boundaries so your work supports your life, not the other way around
– Finding clarity when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to go next
I’ll share openly from my own experience: years of carrying my work across continents, leading workshops, guiding creatives one-on-one, burning out, rebuilding, and ultimately choosing a slower and truer way here in Scandinavia.
How it works
Sessions are held online, making it possible no matter where you are. You can book a single 90-minute deep dive if you need clarity on a specific challenge, or step into a longer process with regular sessions for deeper growth and accountability.

Why coaching?
Because none of us create in isolation. Because art and business are both messy and beautiful, and it helps to have someone who understands the weight of both. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your work is to let someone in, to ask better questions, to see yourself and your path more clearly.
I hold only a small number of spots each month to keep this work personal and intentional. If you feel called, reach out and let’s begin the conversation.
This isn’t about finding my answers; it’s about discovering your own.
